To Access Minnesota State Course, login to D2L Brightspace

- From the main menu, select D2L Brightspace.
Go to the D2L Brightspace login page for BSU or NTC (https://bemidjistate.learn.minnstate.edu/ or https://my.learn.minnstate.edu/).
Sign in with your StarID credentials.

Training Opportunities
The Minnesota State system office provides or coordinates a variety of training for D2L Brightspace users, including teachers, trainers, administrators, and campus support employees. Written documents, brief films, on-demand recorded webinars, and hands-on workshops are just some of the ways training is delivered.
D2L Brightspace for Teachers
Academic and Student Affairs maintains an events calendar that consolidates teacher development opportunities in one site. Join them for the webinars and short courses they provide all year!

D2L Brightspace Monthly Update Schedule
D2L Brightspace continuous delivery upgrades are implemented on a monthly basis, often on the third Thursday of the month. D2L has planned these dates (vendor). Any modifications to this timetable (such as delays in obtaining the monthly report) will be notified to campuses and published here. It should be noted that D2L will occasionally release hotfixes in between monthly updates. Monthly software upgrades often do not necessitate any downtime.
Minnesota State D2L Issues Reported
D2L Brightspace reported problems are listed on the D2L IMS site. D2L provides a Known Issues document with each software version release. The Minnesota State Learning Technologies Team updates the list when new concerns are found and reported by Minnesota State D2L Community.
Faculty, trainers, administrators, and support personnel can examine the Known Issues document on the site. When prompted to connect to the site, enter your StarID@minnstate.edu username and password. Check out the steps for logging in.
